You may either purchase Night Out tickets on-site when you arrive or within the registration. To do so in your registration with a personal credit card, you may go to your registration confirmation email and select "modify registration", then when you click back through and add it on, at the end it should only charge you for the addition and you can enter in your credit card at that time.
