ACTIVE SUBSCRIBER PROGRAMS:

Subscriber Programs are required to submit a Subscriber Program Report (SPR) in lieu of the Individual Service Report (ISR) that was retired December 2024. If you have not reviewed the SPR, you can review the full report with instructions here: Subscriber Program Report (SPR) and Instructions
Staff should submit their service delivery data from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Programs and staff that have not delivered services for the full duration of this time are still required to report on the services that were offered.
Staff with administrator or supervisor functions have the necessary permissions to submit the SPR. If you would like to submit this Report for your program and you do not see the OLIVER > DATA AND REPORTING menu, ask your supervisor/administrator to assign this function to your account through the portal or contact customerservice@parentsasteachers.org.

Parent Educators/Home Visitors that would like to maintain their subscription outside of program affiliation are required to submit a Subscriber Program Report (SPR) in lieu of the Individual Service Report (ISR) that was retired December 2024.
