I heard back from VT (see resolved ticket 465). There is a parent satisfaction survey listed in VT this is NOT the same as the parent satisfaction on the portal. While they can use it to manually enter the count in the APR portal, we encourage folks to use the PAT satisfaction Survey under their APR/SPR portal on the OLIVER menu under DATA AND REPORTING.
